The "Palmento" restarurant


Designed from the old wine-press room, the restaurant "Il Palmento" offers to guest a range of local products to taste while resting from the first 9 holes; for longer breaks and for dinner the menù presents a cuisine of exquisit tradional recepies.
Every season the kitchen produces diverse dishes with fresh ingredients such as: the pistachio from the near Bronte, the mushrooms from Mr. Etna, the asparagus from the local contryside and so on.
